Working directly with the owner, Kendall Archer, Mark was impressed by how thorough the process was from start to finish. “Kendall was very informative,” Mark shared. “He came out, looked at what power I need, and set me up with the appropriate generator—the kilowatts for this household to run 100% of all the appliances, the air conditioner, the heater.”

For Mark, who holds high standards for anyone working on his property, the installation process was a relief.


“The setup was flawless. The people that came out to install it were all on time and did a great job. The different tradesmen did a really good job,” he said, adding, “I’m very picky about who works on my things at my house.”
